What is Manage My Appointments?
Manage My Appointments is the place where you can manage and review appointments you have made with local Shops. In this section of ProCarCare are tools for you to Review Current Appointments, check previous Un-Rated Appointments, Review Prior Appointments, check Rating Responses and Make an Appointment.
Review Current Appointments
To view current appointments, or cancel a scheduled appointment, click on the Manage My Appointments link in the navigation bar at the left. Then click on Review Current Appointments to see your scheduled service appointments. If you want to see the details of the scheduled service or cancel the appointment, click on the highlighted ATN number at the left of the chart. This will take you to the Review/Cancel Selected Appointment page. Here you can view all the details of your scheduled service. If it’s necessary to cancel your appointment, click on the Cancel Appointment button at the bottom of the page. To view the Shop’s profile, click on the highlighted name of the Shop.
Un-Rated Appointments
After every scheduled ProCarCare appointment, we give you a chance to rate the service experience. Kept appointments that you have not yet rated are displayed here. To view/rate with Un-Rated Appointments, click on the Manage My Appointments link in the navigation bar at the left. Then, click on Un-Rated Appointments to see a listing of un-rated appointments. To view details and rate your service experience, click on the Appointment Tracking Number (ATN) of any appointment.
Review Prior Appointments
To review your appointment history, click on the Manage My Appointments link in the navigation bar at the left. Then, click on Review Prior Appointments. You can review your appointment history over the past 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. To view your appointment history, click on the appropriate timeframe. To view the details of an appointment, click on its highlighted Appointment Tracking Number (ATN).
Rating Responses
To see how Shops have responded to your ratings of their work, click on the Manage My Appointments link in the navigation bar at the left. Then, click on Rating Responses. To view all Shop responses to your comments, click on the Appointment Tracking Number (ATN) of any appointment.
How to Make an Appointment
To make a service appointment, click on the Manage My Appointments link in the navigation bar at the left. Then, click on Make an Appointment. You are now on the Find Shops: Search page. Follow the on-screen instructions to locate a shop and make an appointment; for help with this, select Finding Shops and Making Appointments in the Help Index.
